The car purchase experience with Element Motors was extremely unfortunate and unprofessional. We ultimately decided not to buy a car from them. There were numerous issues leading up to the day we were supposed to pick up the vehicle, including constant delays and rescheduling.
1. The pickup date was continually postponed, with emails bombarding us about the changes.
2. They asked us to wait additional hours on the day of pickup, even though we had scheduled it months prior.
3. Your behavior added to our frustration; we tried contacting you multiple times for assistance, but received no response.
4. We could have gone directly to Element Motors if we wanted to wait days for a car; instead, we trusted you to have a vehicle ready for us.
5. Other customers were also waiting days or even weeks for their cars.
6. The car provided was not fueled or insured and required another visit the next day.
7. Our initial payment needs to be refunded within the next seven days.
Despite the efforts made prior, this was a disappointing start to our trip in New Zealand. Please ensure the refund is processed promptly.
